Anti-dsDNA Is Associated with Favorable Prognosis in Myasthenia Gravis: A Retrospective Study

Objectives. To investigate the presence of serum antinuclear antibody (ANA) and anti-double-stranded DNA (anti-dsDNA) in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) analyze clinical characteristics prognostic factors associated MG. Methods. We retrospectively enrolled 363 MG analyzed follow-up data between positive negative for ANA anti-dsDNA. defined a Myasthenia Gravis Activities Daily Living (MG-ADL) reduction as main prognosis predictor used logistic regression to determine independent prognosis. built nomogram predict evaluate internal validity model.
